Email supportSubscription and billing FAQ
- Cancel: Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select Dishiary.
- Billing: Apple manages App Store billing, payment methods, renewal, and refunds.
- Restore purchases: Use Restore Purchases in the app. If it fails, confirm you are signed into the Apple ID that bought the subscription.
Account deletion and data export FAQ
- Use in-app settings where available to request account deletion or export.
- You can also email support with the Apple ID email used for Dishiary.
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless limited records must be retained for legal, security, or financial reasons.
Photo, location, and microphone permissions
Dishiary uses photos for meal images, location to help associate meals with restaurants, and microphone access when voice logging is available. You can change permissions in iPhone Settings, Dishiary.
Map boundary data
Area completion boundaries may use OpenStreetMap data. When those boundaries are shown in the app, Dishiary credits OpenStreetMap contributors on the map surface.

Troubleshooting
- Photos: Check Photos permission, network connection, and available storage.
- Sync: Confirm you are online and signed in with the expected Apple ID.
- Login: Try Sign in with Apple again and confirm private relay email settings if support cannot find your account.
- Subscription restore: Use Restore Purchases and verify the purchase exists in Apple subscriptions.
