Terms for using Dishiary.
These terms explain account rules, subscriptions, user content, AI output, cancellation, service availability, and legal limits.

Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, installing, or using Dishiary, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions, free trials, and cancellation
- Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store.
- New users may receive a one-month free trial when offered in the app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Apple charges your Apple ID account and handles refunds under Apple's policies.
- Cancel or manage your subscription in iPhone Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, Dishiary.
Your content
You own the meal entries, notes, photos, tags, and other content you add to Dishiary. You give us permission to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content as needed to provide the app.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, infringe others' rights, attempt to abuse service limits, interfere with security, reverse engineer the service, or use Dishiary in a way that violates applicable law.
AI output disclaimer
AI features may identify dishes, extract notes, suggest grades, or summarize information. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and editing entries before relying on them.
Health and nutrition disclaimer
Dishiary is a private food diary and restaurant map, not a medical, nutrition, weight-loss, or diagnostic service. Do not use it as a substitute for professional advice.
Service availability
We work to keep Dishiary reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or changed because of maintenance, outages, third-party services, App Store review, or operational constraints.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dishiary and Xavier Engineering are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
